Understand your gift: 

Your eGift card is redeemable online at www.shakelajames.com and does not expire.

Protect your gift: 

Treat this virtual gift card as cash and do not share with anyone whom you do not wish to redeem the available balance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen card information.

Utilize Your Gift

To redeem, you must apply the gift card's unique code at checkout.  Once validated, you will see the card value subtracted from your order total. You will also see the balance remaining on the digital gift card.  

NOTE: If an order exceeds the amount of the eGift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. 

Receive Your Gift:

After the purchase is complete, the gift card will be delivered using the chosen method.

* Email to Recipient - The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.

* Email to You - The purchaser will receive an email with the gift card details, which can be printed. 

Don’t compromise your gift! 

Terms and Limitations:

* eGift Card is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be applied as payment toward a subscription.

* eGift card balance cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

* eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused eGift cards may not be transferred. Any resale or transfer of this card will render it void and subject to cancellation. 

* No returns or refunds on eGift card purchases.
