If you would like to keep the title listed on the premade cover (if applicable), there is an additional $10 fee that can be paid via PayPal (shakela.james15@gmail.com). Please reference your order number.

Note: Please be very specific with any changes you need in the order form as only ONE revision will be allowed for pre-made items. Any additional changes will incur additional charges.

High-quality digital file (jpg) will be sent via e-mail 1-3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted.
